Day 1 – Arrival in Udaipur
Morning:
Upon arrival at Udaipur Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After a short rest and refreshment, begin your exploration of the “City of Lakes.”
Afternoon:
Visit the Pratap Smarak (Moti Magri), a striking memorial perched atop a hill overlooking Fateh Sagar Lake. This monument is dedicated to the legendary Rajput warrior Maharana Pratap and features a grand bronze statue of him astride his horse, Chetak.
Evening:
Head to the serene Fateh Sagar Lake, where you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade and enjoy the view of the Aravalli hills in the background. Continue to the iconic Lake Pichola, known for its scenic beauty and palaces that appear to float on the water. You can relax by the lakeside as the sun sets, casting golden reflections on the water.

Day 2 – Udaipur Sightseeing
Morning:
After breakfast, visit the 17th-century Jagdish Temple, an intricately carved Indo-Aryan style temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Next, explore the majestic City Palace complex, a vast and impressive blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Inside, you’ll find opulent courtyards, balconies, towers, and gardens, along with the City Palace Museum which showcases royal artifacts and historic weaponry.
Afternoon:
Enjoy a serene boat ride on Lake Pichola, cruising past picturesque ghats and stopping at Jag Mandir, a marble palace island that once served as a refuge for Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Afterward, visit Saheliyon-ki-Bari, a charming garden built for the queen and her handmaidens, complete with lotus pools, marble pavilions, and delightful fountains.
Evening:
Conclude your day at Bagore Ki Haveli, an 18th-century haveli located on the banks of Lake Pichola. This restored mansion offers a glimpse into royal life through its museum displays and also hosts a captivating evening folk dance and cultural performance.
Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 3 – Udaipur – Ranakpur – Kumbhalgarh
Morning:
After breakfast, depart for Ranakpur, nestled in the lush Aravalli hills. Visit the stunning Ranakpur Jain Temple, a 15th-century architectural marvel dedicated to Tirthankara Adinatha. The temple is renowned for its 1,444 intricately carved marble pillars, each one unique. The quiet and spiritual atmosphere here is as impressive as its craftsmanship.
Afternoon:
Continue your journey to Kumbhalgarh, famed for its massive hilltop fort. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and rest briefly.
Evening:
Visit Kumbhalgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its colossal 36-kilometer-long wall—the second longest in the world after the Great Wall of China. The fort complex houses ancient temples, palaces, and stepwells. Built by Rana Kumbha in the 15th century, it also holds historical significance as the birthplace of Maharana Pratap. Watch the sunset from the fort’s ramparts for a truly majestic experience.

Day 4 – Kumbhalgarh – Nathdwara – Udaipur
Morning:
Post breakfast, begin your drive toward Nathdwara, home to the famous Shrinathji Temple, a major Vaishnavite pilgrimage site. This 17th-century temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and attracts thousands of devotees each year for its exquisite idol and vibrant rituals.
Evening:
Arrive at Udaipur, visit the lake, and enjoy a free evening at the hotel.

Day 5 – Departure from Chittorgarh or Udaipur
Morning:
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Udaipur Airport/Railway Station.
